The real reason I'm leaving this review. Is because I spent over $300 on this surgery, and now that my cat is home, I get to spend another $100, because she came home with fleas. As far as I'm concerned. They should provide me with flea medication for every cat in my house for free.
I got recommended to them by one of my best friends, and now I and my roommate take our pets (one senior cat and two middle-aged hound mixes) there.
Registered my cat there As a new patient. They were amazing! Clean, smelled great not like a zoo! Inviting and at home. Great decor! Doctor amazing assistants perfect! So relieved and happy that my kitty is a patient there!
Just so you get the whole picture. The surgery went great. I did like that they encouraged me call after lunch to check on her. And they really did sound like they took time to check on her and talk to her while she was there overnight for observation.
The staff member who took us back, and the doctor that examined her were wonderful. No complaints there.
Great service! They are very attentive and thorough. The vet techs and support staff are all super friendly and very informative if you have any questions. The vets themselves are also very personable and informative. Not one single complaint about the level of care. Very professional, and rather inexpensive (as vets go).
When I brought my cat back two weeks later for the operation, the same woman was there at the desk, and I thought, maybe she was having a bad day. No. She was rude this time as well. She really turned me off to the entire office. Which is unfortunate because it seems like everyone else is very nice, and exactly who I want to leave my baby with.
We were visiting in January 2015 and our dear Pomeranian, Bella, who had heart issues (two bad heart valves) was having trouble breathing. The vet met us at the hospital at 2 am to and tried everything to save her. There was nothing he could do; but the concern and thoughtful care Bella, and we, received throughout that night will never be forgotten.
The office was very clean, the Dr was nice, but they took way too long to call me back about my pets status. It's very hard for a concerned pet owner to be waiting hours for a phone call..
I've come here a few times in the past 10 years, but they always give me a reason to not come back. Most recently I brought in my youngest to have her front paws declawed. They were the most reasonably priced. When I came to have the pre-opp appointment, the woman behind the desk was HORRIBLE. She was beyond rude. I know it's early.. but come on.
