Showed up at 2:15 when the sign says the faciltiy closes at 3, was told the vet has somewhere they need to go and we couldn't be seen. We were then instructed to go to the animal hospital in Vestal where we had to pay a $140 emergency fee in order to be seen. Don't have facility hours if you're going to close early and send people elsewhere that they will have t pay over 3 times as much just to be seen.
The staff is always wonderful!! We love Dr. McDonall!! She's been very kind to my dog Buddy thru his various illness, including diabetes and cataracts.
Dr Maureen, the vet techs and office staff who work with her, have been courteous, helpful and willing to take the time to provide wellness care as well as diagnose and treat health problems for our 4 current pets and one who is no longer with us. While the office isn't equipped for serious emergencies, I am comfortable useing and recommending the BAC on a regular basis.
The vet is very caring and does what needs to be done. The great thing is you don't need an appt.
Always the best care whenever we go there. The doctors and staff are great!
