the baseball field is overgrown and the tennis court looks like something out of a haunted house... its abandoned and has been for quite some time. broken glass up there.

"snap me at... vikki@blahblahblah" i have half a mind to snapchat them and call them out for vandalizing the park... i havn't had enough coffee to feel self righteous enough to do it.
Peaceful.
Kids are writing their snapchat addresses around like some new form of vandalism.
Great summer program
This place was a frequent haunt of mine as a kid. i looked forward to revisiting it with my daughter. from the parking lot you see what looks like a fairly new, modern playground... get up close and you can see whats actually happening.

It's a good park, but not in the greatest of neighborhoods. Very ghetto.
the summer programs here are pretty good though.
the basketball court needs help. one of the baskets is torn off the backboard. the other doesn't have a net.
this park suffers from low maintenence and from the surrounding area. this park gets abused. folks drop trash here like its their job, the main jungle gym is already suffering. the Main tube slide, which looks very impressive, is damaged at the bottom and collects a lot of water... and today it also collected a rotten burrito. If you had climbed up to the top to get in the tube slide... you would have found a fresh log of human excrement today.
