So far, so good. The parking lot was clean. Access to our unit was easy, customer service was very nice. So all in all things are fine. The unit was a 'tiny' bit messy (with dust and dirt) but it is an outside unit so that is to be expected. Good place and very convenient.
I love them ! The women at the front desk remembers me all the time and she had gave me time the one time I really needed it ! Guess that's what being a loyal customer does! ♥️ Reasonable pricing in the whole Binghamton ! Very appreciative!
I'm so surprised to see the prior reviews. My daughter is a junior at Suny Binghamton and we have been storing the stuff from her dorm over the summer at All Around since her freshman year. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Our items are always retrieved perfect. We have never had a problem. They even help us out with the rate if we run a little late. I'm feel fortunate to have found this place and not have to drag the contents of the dorm back and forth.
