Rented a nice apartment from them in an old building on Grand Blvd. Though the place was nice, it had problems, and those problems never got fixed. One big problem--a caved in ceiling in our sun room--was just ignored no matter how many times we called about it. That's another thing -- they don't return your phone calls. Very unprofessional. Had to harass them for a month after I moved out to get my security deposit back, and when I finally got it, the check they gave me bounced! And I think a woman who works there has a substance abuse problem. Avoid at all costs.
rented from them in 2008, they are terrible, never return your calls, and didnt return our security deposits after promising to do so on multiple occasions. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
