I tried to buy local for a project but it took 36 hours to get call back and they didn't answer my question when they left me a return voicemail (killed the deal for me as I don't play phone tag). It was a basic question that could have been answered if they had their inventory on their web page.
These guys have a great selection. The sales staff was quite knowledgeable and patient. From rugs to tile and all types of flooring... I felt like I had it all in one store. The prices were reasonable. Their installers did a great job.
