There is definitely no shortage of self righteous douche bag employees - stocked daily. Good luck asking a question without getting a snarky remark or a made up answer to get you off of their back.
Big box store we're all familiar with. If it has to do with building, remodeling or any home improvements they've got it. So do their competitors so you have to comparison shop.
I am taking this company to court. I had an incident with a delivery damages that were made by a third party company that hime depot uses. XPO logistics out of the syracuse area. I called the company right after the idiots who ran out the door who made the delivery because they were scared of the damages that were made. Accidents happen and to lie and say it was there prior is crazy. I called them immediately after. And now they are saying I signed documentation I signed not a thing the delivery men ran off so quick. Please if you are thinking about hiring this company for anything think twice. Horrible customer service.
Was looking for a Water Heater and a very gruff guy named Bill was not helpful and had very bad customer service skills. Decided to go to Lowes instead and Home Depot is 15 minutes closer. A shame
They off the expected products for a home improvement store. I find some of there products to be better than the competition while other are lacking. Friendly store personnel. Always helpful
