Good quality furniture but bad company. Stained our carpet during delivery and then got the run around for months to get out of simple cleaning expense. After six months the recliner broke but I PAID someone else to fix it rather than deal with them ever again.
We bought a very expensive stress less chair this past Friday. Before the delivery nen were out of our driveway it fell apart. That are making us wait 4 days to fix this problem. It was suggested we set up the chair in something. We are very angry.

Showroom manager took a long time to explain many details related to the furniture I needed and I was offered an excellent deal. She is very friendly and personable.
