This is not a T-Mobile corporate store this is owned and operated by executive cellular phones (the plaque is hanged up to the right of the wall when you go in) this company only cares about numbers not the consumers. Because of Nancy the store manager this has become a hostile environment to work in. There is favoritism in this store, getting written up because of someone else messing up, being told to get my numbers up stop doing tech support and being put down to the ground every Friday meeting due to her personal life. The last straw for me was when I got suspended due to the amount of days I've taken off (because of a death in my family) and I was told it doesn't matter at the end of the day this is a business and we have to run it. All this headache for minimum wage is definitely not worth it.At the end of the day T-Mobile is a fantastic company but this isn't T-Mobile so I encourage anybody who wants T-Mobile to call T-Mobile corporate sales and if you decide that you want to do it in person I suggest dealing with Cree or Josh they will definitely take care of you unlike Paul(who is clamming to be assistant manager do to all the gas in his head) who's more worry about sales over customer satisfaction to the point that he has stolen co-workers sales and Nancy the store manager has been defending him since day one I wonder why. as for myself I am currently with a company that's working with all four major carriers and prepaid to provide wireless service to all and we are also putting customer first which we be located in vestal minutes away from Oakdale mall soon to be announced by the way the 5 star review are all employees of this company think about it all in the same week after I make my post lol nice try
Excellent customer service. The employees were kind and super friendly. Answered all of my questions and helped me purchase the phone that met all of my needs. I would definitely go here again in the future to buy my next phone.
I walked into this store and was amazed at the great customer service these wonderful people gave me. I was with Verizon and did not have a good bill. I came to T-mobile in Oakdale and boy can I tell you I got the best deal ever! I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family there. Thank you!!!
I had a great experience at this store. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and plans in the store. I was able to walk out with a new phone and understand everything on my bill. I will definitely be returning to this location and recommend anyone to go to this location!
So I wanted to switch from sprint to this company and it was the worst experience ever. The MANAGER tricked me into signing something I wasn’t fully aware of. So I ended up having no service for several days because of their mistake. The employees suck, they haven’t been trained properly so I blame the manager. I’ve been with T-Mobile years ago and this is not how it’s supposed to be ran. It’s a shame to see this new Store represent their brand in such a poor manner. Although I’m happy with my T-Mobile service (finally got it back after paying more out of my pocket for their mistake), I wouldn’t recommend going to this particular store.
