In Oakdale Mall, Binghamton. Very reluctant assistance from associates even when asked questions. Mall entrance Doors were locked early, more than 10 minutes before store closed and outer doors were locked as well. Associates were unhelpful when we were trying to exit store. Overall experience was poor. When we finally walked outside in the rain and snow towards Macys where we parked we were able to enter their store, despite the time and we were welcomed into their store. Noticeable lack of customer appreciation from Bonbon associates.
This is inside Oakdale mall and has good collection. Ample mall parking. Decent selection.
I have never received such poor customer service at any business. The associate in the kids department, Thomas, rudely told me I had to pay my bill with cash and didn't accept my credit card all because I had asked him to show me one thing, which must have been the end of his world to help a customer, which made me late on the payment. It's workers like that who make things up like this and scam their loyal customers that make no one want to shop at their store again. I hope and wish to see this store close following Macy's and Sears because this business is going nowhere.
This store is the worst store i ever worked for and STEPHANIE BOGGS treats her employees very poorly and unprofessional all because she's thinks she can do that all because she is the store manager. She thinks she is so cool cuz she runs a store that makes money off everyone when there's doctors and nurses saving people's lives everyday. She's so big and bad right, ha! But i always worked like crazy and always took hours when they needed someone when I didnt even have a vehicle. I really enjoyed working there until I found out how poorly they treated there employees. They had me on the schedule and I called in one night cuz i couldnt get a ride mean while there ice storm out anyways and they decided to take me off the schedule completely all week, who does that. There very lazy and will sit on there ass in the stock room and when u ask for help they tell you to do it yourself. This place is a joke and I would never recommend anyone to ever work at this store. They will not give u hours and they will take your hours away when ur already on the schedule. I never met such a rude store manager ever in my life. She is a very rude ugly person and when you don't feel good she will tell you to man up. We are all human here and no one deserves to be treated like that when you help them out when u dont have to. But now they can do it there self! I hope you have a good life because you won't get far with an ugly personality like that!
Worst place to shop ever, bathrooms have no toilet liners, there's 2 restrooms for women but none for men. The store is always under staffed even the security is lacking with only one person watching at all times. The coupons are ridiculous never shopped at a store that had so many exclusions on their discounts.
